Shipping & Returns

All sales are final. So is everything else. Returns may be attempted but are unlikely to be successful. Please do not ship product to our facility; our facility is not equipped to receive it, and the team would prefer that you didn’t.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received, and in certain other orders. All items ship from our primary staging facility, located in a region we are not, at this time, at liberty to name.

Carriers are selected from our approved-partner list, which is periodically reviewed and has not been reviewed recently. Tracking information is provided when tracking information is available.

Discreet Packaging

Discreet packaging is available upon request, and also by default. Items are shipped in an outer container that does not indicate its contents. Inner containers are labeled in accordance with our internal labeling standard, which is not, at this time, published.


Returns

Returns are permitted in principle but have not been completed. Please do not ship product to our facility.

In the rare event that a return is authorized, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. The RMA number is a single (1) letter followed by seven (7) digits. The letter is confidential. The digits are sequential, except where they are not.

Conditions

  1. The product must be unused, unopened, and unlinked to any incident.
  2. The product’s original packaging must be present, including the inner liner, outer liner, and the liner between the liners.
  3. The customer must have not, in our determination, used the product.
  4. The customer must submit the return during the return window, which is currently closed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Anything that has been added to a pool.
  • Anything that has been removed from a pool.
  • Anything that has, at any point, been near a pool.
  • The Pool Test Kit ℠ once the seal has been broken.
  • The Tournament-Grade Shark ™, under any circumstances.
  • Items referenced in internal memos.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment, unless the original method of payment is no longer operational, in which case the refund is issued to an alternative method selected by our Payments desk. Refunds may take 7–45 business days to appear, depending on the review cycle.
