1. Terms of Use
Use of batcountrypoolsupplies.com (hereafter, “the Site”) constitutes acknowledgment of the Site. By accessing the Site, the user agrees to the terms set forth below, and to any additional terms Legal elects to introduce.
1.1 Eligibility
Use of the Site is permitted for persons who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and are not, in our determination, a competitor. Access by competitors is not permitted and will be noted.
1.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse-engineering the Site, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Site, or observing the Site for an extended period.
- Automated crawling, scraping, or scripted interactions, except by our own Fulfillment bots, which are sanctioned.
- Submission of inquiries in bad faith, or in an unidentified faith.
- Mimicking a member of our staff, including the ones who do not exist.
2. Privacy Policy
We collect information that is necessary, information that is incidental, and information that we happen to come across. All information is stored on file. The file is reviewed by personnel who are authorized to review the file.

2.2 How We Use Your Information
Information is used to fulfill orders, maintain the Site, issue communications, and to comply with the standards that apply. Secondary uses include record-keeping, periodic review by Legal, and the continuation of normal Company operations.
2.3 Information We Do Not Share
We do not sell information to third parties. We share information with partners, service providers, and affiliates as necessary to provide the services described, and with our Legal team, who retain copies in all cases.
2.4 Cookies
The Site uses cookies that are essential to the Site’s function and cookies that are not. Users may disable non-essential cookies through their browser settings. Users who disable cookies will experience the Site as intended, or a reasonable approximation thereof.
2.5 Your Rights
Depending on the jurisdiction, users may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Requests are processed through our Privacy Office, which is currently operating on a reduced schedule. Response times are consistent with the schedule.
3. Warranty
The Company offers a limited warranty on all products. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, where “normal use” is defined by the Company, at the time of the claim.
3.1 Warranty Period
Warranty coverage extends for a period appropriate to the product. The periods in question are maintained by Legal. Specific periods may be requested, and will not, at this time, be provided.
3.2 Exclusions
- Damage arising from unauthorized modification, including modifications undertaken by the user.
- Damage arising from the product being used for its intended purpose in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
- Damage arising from the product being used for an unintended purpose.
- Damage arising from events described, internally, as “incidents.”
- Damage caused by exposure to the region.
3.3 Claims
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, with a copy of the original order confirmation, through a channel to be established. Claims are adjudicated by our Warranty Committee, which convenes when quorum is achieved. Quorum has not been achieved recently.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to the products, the Site, or the operations of the Company is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, or a lesser amount determined by our Legal team. The Company is not liable for incidental, consequential, or otherwise categorized damages, except as required.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary staging facility is located. The jurisdiction is on file. Disputes are to be resolved by a process to be disclosed upon the commencement of the dispute.
6. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update these terms from time to time. The terms are considered accepted upon continued use of the Site. Notice of material changes may be issued, at the Company’s discretion.
